Damp in Buildings – including a new methodology

Damp is the biggest problem in buildings and in this course there will be a focus on the theory behind moisture and dampness along with the methods of detection and the way it should be properly treated. The course also includes the new draft *methodology agreed between the RICS and others – the course is delivered by a co-author of this methodology.
